Do Reduced Stamina Cost enchantments affect Dodge Rolls or Sprinting or both?

Horker✭✭✭✭well, tbh about dodgerollforlols, my HEAVY armor DK, with only 25k stam, and pretty low stam regen becuz health reg tank, can dodgeroll for days, even while almost having no stam and having 10 ppl spamming gap closers on my arse...
so yea, when i checked my stam bar, its like 3-5% stam cost of my total stam now.... and i have only 25k stam..
so to help a bit, dodgeroll is very very cheap now, even magicka builds can roll, my magicka templar can roll now almost 7/8 times before running out with only 14K stam(triple food).
