trouble downloading patch

Exactly what it says. I'm having trouble downloading the patch, idk if it's my internet or the launcher itself but I keep having to pause and resume the download.

    My launcher doesn't download at all, I just get the 'Play' button.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try? im running as admin form the shortcut launcher.
