NovaMarx✭✭✭✭✭They've pretty much promised both barbershop and housing during this year - think the barbershop/appearance change option is coming with the next DLC (Dark Brotherhood), but could be wrong?
In any case, YAAAS! to appearance change!! I will be doing this so frequently, so ZOS you'll be making a lot of money off me alone

Yes, a great many of us want this, very, very badly.
Yes, the powers that be still had it under "longer term" in their last year ahead, thus AFTER the Q2 DB DLC. Meaning Q3 at the most likely spot... which again amny of us here feel is too much time, especially since some have been waiting for this since fall 2014 at the first barbershop promise...
But alas, plans get made, life happens, plans get changed, and now we may finally have it within reasonable reach, our patience wears ever thinner.
And yes, I too have several small details on my characters I really, really want to adjust. A hip shape here, a hand shape there, a voice change here, a namechange there... all small things, that nonetheless grate at me when I see these small things that keep my characters from fitting the vision I have of them...
So I will always add my voice to any call for character recustomization to make its way to ESO...
