Since the last maintenance on the North American servers, I have been having a lot of issues. Here is a quick rundown.

- My character is moving way to slow. I have the stick pressed all the way but it doesn't allow me to move at a normal pace.

- My sprint is just randomly stopping. I click the sprint button and I begin sprinting but a couple seconds later, it just stops and I go back to a normal jog. My stamina isn't empty, I didn't stop moving and I didn't hit an obstacle but the sprint just stops. This also occurs while on my mount.

- Basic functions just stop working. I am in a fight running on a bow. I click the R2 button to fire a basic attack and nothing happens. The bow doesn't draw, the shot doesn't fire and I just sit there. The action command has been failing too. I walk up to a door to open it and hit X and nothing happens. It's not registering that I'm hitting X. In addition I am unable to go into first person.

- enemies are respawning WAY to fast. I kill two basic enemies out in the feild. I turn around check my map for about 3 seconds, turn around and they have respawned. This is happening during quests, in torch dungeons, and out in the basic map while I am just exploring.

- If I am invited to group and accept, it doesn't ask me if I want to travel to the group leader when I join. It only asks once I change areas. Like if I go into a cave or if I fast travel. The black message box will then pop up and ask me if I wanna travel to the group leader. But it won't give me any way to accept or decline. As a result the game is stuck and the only way I get out is closing the application altogether.

- When I go to withdraw from my guild bank, it will randomly close on me. I'll be looking through the inventory and the bank just closes. I didn't hit circle, It just closed on it's own

I have tried the basic trouble shooting steps to solve these issues.

- I have logged out of my file and let it rest for 5, 10 and 15 minute breaks.
- I have closed the application for 5, 10 and 15 minute breaks.
- I have shut down my PS4 for 5, 10 and 15 minute breaks.
- I have tested my PS4 with other games and applications and everything else is working fine.
- I have tested my internet connection. It is running perfectly.

I have put in several tickets and only recieved generic replies. So let me be clear about this. I have done ALL the basic trouble shooting steps I can.

- This is NOT an issue with the game simply lagging.
- This is NOT an issue with my PS4..
- This has NOTHING to do with PVP, specific quests, NPCs not responding or DLC.
- This IS an issue with this game. It has been the ONLY problem application on my PS4.

Any help to make this game playable again would be greatly appreciated.
