But for magicka builds infused helm is standard and having helmet with Impen is questionable, as you can't crit against shields and you aim to have hardened on 100% of the time.
Builds without shields you obviously want to have Impen. It is very interesting, why ZOS decided to make monster set vendor only sell infused items. (Are they all playing Magicka sorc?
)
Just my imho, I may be proven wrong.
Easy to agree that really good PvP players with tons of knowledge on different matchups (Dk vs Sorc; Nb vs Templar and so on) of PvP as they played the game from all perspectives - are ignored in terms of balance.
Since the dawn of time you want to listen to people that see things in 3D, not just one side of something...PC/EU 800 CP.

RadioheadSh0t✭✭✭✭✭I have the same issues with Maelstrom weapons.
It's just not enjoyable content. Maybe it's because I only enjoy PvP, but it's just a frustratingly annoying excercise to play a bunch of content that you find un enjoyable, over and over and over, just to be competitive in PvP.
You should be able to acquire all items from both PVP and PvE. But of course, ZOS doesn't want PvP players to not play their boring PVE updates, so they force us to.
This whole "weekend vendor" thing makes no sense. Either you wait however many weekends to get the piece/trait you actually want, or you waste countless hours in dungeons hoping to get lucky. Up the price, make them all available, and let PvP players PvP. We've put up with so much crap, with lags, bugs, no content updates, et al, we deserve a break.
