would it make more sense to add the outlaw motif to thieves quest reward? i mean randomly from quest such as daily heist/retrieve .. after all this motif are suppose to be thieves guild themed.. and thieves guild are not known for their ability of fighting.. i don't really see the reason for every thieves to butcher their path to guild theme armor...
