Heists bugged?

When I go to do a heist it says I have say 7 or 8 minutes, by the time i get to the first item to steal it may of only been 30 seconds to a minute and when i pick it up it drops down to like 3 minutes. Someones I will be 30 seconds into my 7 minutes and it just goes from 6 minutes 30 to 3 minutes or even lower.
Is there something that makes you drop time faster or something.... really annoying me....

Just got footage of me not being seen, not being caught and getting 3/3 and being told to finish the quest, going back to npc and not being able to finish it, then going back in without quest markers to find the 4/3 treasure if that makes any sense... just to find it and THEN get a marker to go talk to the NPC to finish and then failing it anyways.

Also, I have to say some heists are still bugged or poorly designed. I already posted about Deadhollow Halls (guard patrols too slow and poorly placed, making perfect runs within the timer a matter of sheer luck). Today I did Secluded Sewers and although I managed to do a perfect run after some tries, there were LOTS of pink textures issues and traps only seemed to render a few minutes into starting the heist, i.e. for about half of it I kept falling into invisible traps unless I moved at snail pace looking for the "disable trap" prompt.0 -

Do you mean this means find 3 treasures and 1 special treasure?
because it seriously looks like it says find treasure, aka get three chests.0 -

It would appear it is working as intended, In stead of reading it as find treasure in 3 chests, it is find 1 treasure and 3 chests.
Sorry to have wasted time, I do think it is written a little obscure though. Ill make a video on it.
This is the first thing I have had a problem with in the new DLC, EVERYTHING else has been amazing. I am normally hard to impress since i hold this game to such high expectations but you guys and girls really delivered.
