Item missed?

I'm playing PS4 eso, I have 3 items missed. They all should be in my bank, but now i can not find them. I bought them from guild trader, then I enchanted them and put them into my bank. But now I can't find them. :'(

Is it possible you've put them accidentally in a guild bank instead of your own? Happened to me once when I forgot that I already switched and put a ton of mats in there.. (I was able to take them back, at least^^).

That's what I thought earlier. After I tried to put my other ring and necklace in my all 5 guild bank, I found out that there's no way to put ring and necklace into guild bank.... T.T :'( So there shoud be a bug... I just contact eso support, hope they can get items back to me...

This is odd, I think you should be able to put items like these in a guild bank (withdrawing is a different thing, though). But in any case, I'm sure the support can find out where your items are

PS: What you also can do is checking the bank history in your guild tabs, maybe you could deposit these items, just not the ones you tested (f.e. if they were bound). But do this as soon as possible to not get your possible deposit entries overwritten
