My game keeps freezing up at least once an hour, sometimes three, sometimes back-to-back, while in IC sewers specifically. This kind of freeze-up never happens to me outside of IC sewers. It's not a crash that closes the game and brings up the ESO crash report window. The game just freezes up graphically. I can't alt-tab out, all I can do is CTRL-ALT-DEL and close the game through the task manager. These freeze-ups are completely random and can happen under any load, heavy or light. It can even happen when walking through a room with no enemies. There doesn't seem to be a specific thing that causes it. I usually get fed up and go play somewhere else, then the freeze-ups disappear completely. Go back into IC sewers later, freeze-ups start again.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I played in IC sewers for hours and hours when it was new, never had these problems back then. This is new.
