For me this warning comes to late but good job to have pinpoint it to that quest. It sure makes sense to me as it is one of the last quests I have done.

I ran into the same glitch... and I had another glitched quest which stopped progression (PSA: do not abandon "The Skin-Stealer's Lair" at any point or you will be unable to pick the quest back up, preventing you from continuing the zone's story) so I just deleted my character and started him again

On the plus side, I tweaked his appearance and he's no longer tinier than every NPC I encounter.

Can't support reset whatever flag is on my character that blocks my Health Recovery?

Apparently it can be fixed for individual by support. Look at the thread in "General Help" on this and start opening tickets folks.

FYI, I have had a somewhat similar-looking bug in two vet dungeons recently (i.e. this week). First time affected me, second time affected a different person in the group (different 4P groups/dungeons). Health appears to get stuck at 54% or similar, does not regen further. Looking at the person shows them at normal full health, but health bar in group listing (top left) shows 54% (not using an addon). /reloadui does not fix, only a relog.

I wish I had same experience as I filled a ticket about this issue before you started this thread and I am still waiting for it to be fixed.

i submitted it nearly 2 days ago and no fix yet for me... =/

Maybe they got overwhelmed. They did fix a few as shown here. They probably did a great many that didn't post here. It stinks but there is a fix coming.

Well, I am pretty confused now about the Customer Support as well. Todays patch fixed the health generating problem as stated by @ZOS_JessicaFolsom. Then I patch my Game Client, log in and play for a an hour (with restored health generation) till I get booted (“Error 307: Booted from server").

I look up this error message and on these forums it informs me that this occurs if you login on two servers same time, for example NA and EU. For a moment it comes to mind that if I am the only accountholder, and I am only logged into the NA server, how can I get such a message? Is my account hacked? I wait a few minutes to try again and in this time I receive an email from ZOS Customer support of which I will quote a part:

"I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your game. Please log out and back in. Once done, your problems should be resolved. "

So am I booted by this Customer Support operative? And if that is the case, why was that needed?
