More vampire/werewolf quests and content

The quest of becoming a vampire was one of my favorites in the whole game, and once I finished it, I kind of missed it and I was wondering why dont we have more, so please leave your ideas here and also bare with mines:

*Becoming a vampire or werewolf gives you access to numerous other quests that you dont get otherwise.

*There could also be a DLC instead that would include vamp/werewolf content, that any user can access, whether they are vamps/werewolves or not. The dlc would include a more foggy, darker atmosphere.

*In the character creation, you have an option to see how your vampire will look.

*There should also be an option for us to get some makeup overlays for vampires. I understand it if Zos doesnt want to change the skin, but I believe vampire ladies (or gents if they feel like it) can still apply some lipstick right? It would already make a big change

.

PS: I know that everything that is going on now is by far more important than extra v/w content, I am not saying they should focus on this now instead of fixing the game, I am always for improvement first and wishes after, but I just thought I will leave this here.

So please tell me your ideas, why do you want more content like this or why not

It would definitely be nice.

I only play Vampires when I have to pick between the two. Just on a purely personal level, I don't like Werewolves. It's not that they're done badly in the game, I just don't like furries. lol

But when you're finishing the Vampire Quest and Lamae is talking to you; she tells you to "go forth. Grow and become powerful. Seek out others of our kind, and form families. Bring new members into the fold".

Some Quests to recruit/infect new Vampires would be outstanding. Maybe allow us to found Vampiric families (outside of making Vampire-only Guilds...)? Or Quests to advance some Vampire-esque goal of some sort. These would be outstanding, and I can imagine that the Werewolves would love this for their side as well. Quests to form new Packs, or to advance Hircine's goals in Tamriel?

There's so much more that can be done with both of these... alterations to our characters, and I for one, would love to see them be more than stat buff/penalty lines in out character and skill menus.

I expected that after finishing the quest as well to be honest, I was a bit disappointed when it just stopped

I agree, I felt that disappointment as well.

I would love this game even more than I already do, if they were to add in more depth like this to the Vampire/Werewolf lines.

It was fun becoming a werewolf, but then I like fur and claws so it wasn't a great stretch for me. I never cared much the the whole vampire thing. Except for Terry Pratchett's vampires, but that's a whole thing in itself and real life vampire stories like this on Lore, they never did anything for me. I got bitten by chance in Bankorai, I didn't go out of my way by much. Just noticed some odd looking bloodfiends enjoying a late snack. I was on a werewolf toon, so I hopped over to an unbitten character and went over to say hi. Didn't last long... apparently Bretons are tasty.

The vampire questline in ESO is awesome. I was floored by how powerful the writing was and emotional impact the characters had on me. It was one of my very unexpected favorite quests so far, I would love to see more of that caliber of storytelling in both werewolf and vampire flavors.

current system is quite trash (unless youre magician [vampire])

i would like new content (No DLC tho.....with TG , DBH & one hinted at end of Orsinium , there is already enought DLCs for my pouch)

Well first of all I'd like my old Werewolf model back lol.

When it comes to new content I though it would be cool to have Werewolf and Vampire armor motifs. You would get the motif as a quest reward for completing the quest to becoming one. Then there would be a new NPC for each faction that would give you a daily quest and for completing those you'd get a single crafting style material and some money.

For WW the daily quest would be to kill a random dungeon boss in werewolf form, sort of similar to initiation quest and the idea hunting a great foe... or devouring 10 people in pvp.

For Vamps I dont know.

Later, if there ever is some kind of housing, it would be neat to have some special options, coffins for vamps and such.

YES. YES. I'd love to see more quests/dialogue for various NPCs actually recognizing the player's status! Fangs! And the things the others said in here. They all would be welcomed.

Yes, definitely would be nice to have more content that's specifically aimed at werewolves and vampires!

I really enjoyed the few quests that actually had different dialogue for you if you were already a werewolf. There should definitely be more of that kind of thing.
And also an option in the character screen to see your character as a vamp/ww would be great. It would especially be good if we get options to change our fur colour. We still only have white as an option.

Would be fun to do some bonus questchain (for WW you might find a pack to hunt with). But those quest should not award any skill points IMO (allthough they could give bonus XP toward the vamp/ww skill line)

I very much would like to see the developers put some time in giving us a lot more werewolf and vampire quests which would further enhance the game and give players more to do. They really also need to bring to the crown store vampire themed and werewolf themed crafting motifs so that players can craft armor sets for both the werewolf and vampire.

a werewolf and vampire themed mounts would be nice...

Does anybody know if they are working on this and we can expect to see more quests and content in a future game dlc update? I sure hope so?

I would like more content like this; not exclusive to vampire/WW, but accessible to all. The fun twist would be actually being recognized as a vampire or WW if you happen to be one with altered interactions/outcomes in quests. Kinda like Orcs in Orsinium.

Yes for Vampires and Werewolves, I want more content because they play a big role in the lore of Tamriel there's no point of leaving them out like Outkast.

Agreed that Werewolves need some bug fixes (and maybe a few tweaks to their passives), but would be great to see such QoL changes wrapped up with some additional quest content! Particularly love the idea of building up a pack/bloodline, maybe being able to see a 'family tree' of players your character has bitten in the past?

This thread died quickly almost two years ago so it does not appear there is strong interest in the idea of having vamp/ww specific quests that lock out players who choose to not be either of them.

For cosmetic stuff (people covered questing pretty well already so i won't repeat that)

it'd be cool for werewolves to have choices of different 'meshes' like a skinny one and bulky one, a more furry one and a less furry, tailless version (Of course I love fluffy werewolves but I know some people don't)

Then Fur colors, black and white is all well and good but the world is made up of many more colors than that (not asking for pink though). Red, brown, grey, tan, different markings even? Like brown with black stripes, or tan with a white belly.

I've advocated a throwback DLC to Skyrim's dedicated vampire and werewolf quest lines/NPCs/locations/etc. for a while. Although probably without the "getting randomly infected after a couple of mini-boss fights" part.

Especially if it involves the player helping a moody maiden to choose between a hunky shirtless vampire and a husky shirtless werewolf. Because then I would mock ZOS mercilessly to the end of its days.

It’s not that there aren’t enough Vampire/Werewolf quests in the game. It’s that there are none that involve the player outside of the initiation quest. The fact that you’re a vampire/werewolf is completely ignored by pretty much all NPCs (there’s one I know of that recognizes you as a vampire. I don’t think there are any for werewolves).

That does sound pretty weird, why are they shirtless?

I think I only seen bosmer and nords shirtless in this game

All my characters are either Vampire or Werewolf depending on if they are Magicka-based or Stamina-based.
