Hello.
I seriously doubt this is intended.
The droprate percentage is broken on last boss in shark teeth grotto.
It is almost impossible to get Legs,Shoulders,Helmet,shield or staff.

Please check the drop rate percentage.
I have all other motif and have tested 10+ hors since launch, and if the rest of the sett is suppose to drop in shark teeth it is 100% something broken on last boss.
