{Bug} Elemental Expert/Thaumaturge Magic Damage

As the title says, there is a bug here. I do not know if this is mentioned elsewhere, so I am posting because I saw nothing on the general forums.
Currently BOTH of these skills buff the magic damage tooltip by their respective amounts (up to 25%). Now obviously this should not happen, as Thaumaturge no longer buffs magic damage.
I will note that this is tooltip ONLY. Actual damage is correct based on the Cp distribution.
My Test.
100 ele expert 1 thaumaturge
funnel health tooltip =5742
funnel health damage =4743
concealed weapon tooltip =6378
concealed weapon damage =5269
100 thaumaturge 1 ele expert
funnel health tooltip =5742
funnel health damage =3833
concealed weapon tooltip =6378
concealed weapon damage =4258
No food no buffs on a lv 8 magicka nightblade in wrothgar vs a mammoth.

✭✭Well that would explain why magicka builds are doing ridiculous damage.
Doesn't explain why everyone of them is all of a sudden the greatest player ever in whisper when they were bad last week.0 -

I saw another post that the new elemental expert (with combined thaumaturge) isn't working correctly and is bugged. Although in the other post I thought they were saying Elemental was not applying its buff to damage at all. Also, the math doesn't add up for a 25% increase for either buff, tho I guess that is a bit of an aside.
