XP reward for random dungeon or any dungeon?

One thing the group finder UI is not clear about is whether you get the xp bonus for running any dungeon or for running a random dungeon specifically. Has anyone tested this?

Also, does joining up for a random dungeon only select dungeons from the selected ones under Specific, or from all dungeons?

I play on Xbox one, and I am adamant that dungeons give you no XP of you are veteran level. The quests give you XP, but killing the mobs inside the dungeon does not give you XP.

Random selects ALL dungeons if I'm correct. Also I believe you get a xp bonus every time using the dungeon finder. This is to motivate people to use it.

Second reward and further are too low. Just grinding of mobs give more exp in shorter time (in 6 times). There is a reason to run first time, just to change booring grinding. But there is not any cases to do it second time. I tried and newer will do it again.

That might be so for you Fenyx, but grinding is not for everyone. I usually do that for xp as well. Just saying, there are lot's of people that just don't want to grind. So I think the changes to the dungeon finder are a good start, but it could be further improved I suppose.

But, well, honestly... I think I've never ever used it... I always run dungeons with guildies

Even questing give more experience and I don't have a terrible thing like here

I have been waiting when I can improve my characters in the dungeons. But currently there is not a reason to run random dung again. Newertheless I like that ZOS get better ideas from WoW, but there is a lot of other things which can be realized

For example best rewards for necessary roles (as tank, heal)
