I have reinstall this morning and pink textures gone, the NPCs move their lips and I have been playing with no crash.

✭This is my plan as well, but I wanted them to get the usual raft of hot fixes and patches out during the first couple of weeks, so I didn't just cause an instant repeat of the problem of continually patching on top of old files.

I got rid of all my add ons, deleted ESO and all Zenimax files. Then I updated my Mac to El Capitan, did all software updates. Got rid of all superfluous crap on my machine, then reinstalled ESO fresh. Seems to be working. Haven't had much of a chance to play though. I'm also going to just wait a little while until some of the major kinks get worked out (maybe after the next regular scheduled maintenance). I figure by then they should have all the feedback they need that the couldn't get on the PTS to help them fix stuff.

Try solution 4 in this list of troubleshooting help (the 4th bullet in that section about crashes). It's getting very positive results
