✭✭We had percentage values in the past, but they removed them for whatever reason. If you play on pc you can use this AddOn to see your mitigation percentages.0 -

For the same reason the tool tip gives a numerical value for these two stats, but the character sheet shows a percentage.
Which is, we don't know why they have this inconsistency.

✭Also if you don't want to use addons:
650 armour = 1% damage reduction
Hardcap is at 32000 armour with 50% reduction.
In pvp you will need far more because of penetration.0
