Cannot get into gold vet zone after patch

Hullo, so I have a secondary character that got to Silver before the patch.

However, after the patch where you can go to any of the vet zones... I cannot get there because I haven't unlocked that difficulty level. If use a wayshrine, it just takes me to the Harborage. T.T

The only thing I can think of is that my character is not VR1 just yet (She's 48), but it doesn't say anything about a level limit.

Can someone help? ;_; I've completed sliver on my other character, and I don't really have any interest of doing it again.

I think the unlocking is designed for V1 and higher characters. So you'll need to boost your secondary character another couple of levels before you can move around freely to those zones.

Or they have finished the Main Quest.

I have a vr1 character who had unlocked silver before the patch. And I was able to port to the gold zone no problem.

Or they have finished the Main Quest.

If that's the case, should OP's level 48 character be able to get to her Gold zones?

From what I understand if he talks to Caldwell and accepts his quest. It maybe he dropped the quest as he said he had no desire to do that again:

    Cadwell’s Silver and Gold Updates
Silver and Gold alliances are no longer restricted by accepting and completing Cadwell’s quests, and will instead immediately unlock when you reach Veteran Rank 1.

Upon the initial unlock, the first zone’s wayshrines will be displayed on the map for you to fast travel to. You can also jump directly to other player characters in those alliances.

Silver and Gold content is also immediately unlocked for anyone who accepts Cadwell’s quest before reaching VR1.

When accepting Cadwell’s Silver and Gold, your quest progress will be immediately updated for anyone who has already completed some or all of the objectives required for those quests (i.e. if you complete content in the Silver and Gold zones before taking Cadwell’s quests, you don’t have to play that content again).

Note, this still requires completion of the Main Quest.
