I've seen these on keep walls and windows, the ground and rock surfaces, and even NPC faces. 0.0 I gotta say, I kinda dig it. 
Also my sounds are also all whacky, sometimes sounding muffled, sometimes coarse, and sometimes muted altogether.

✭✭✭Missing textures. Try running repair from client or you could do a full fresh install of the game. There might be more info on the PC/Mac Technical forums.
