Weapon Enchant Proc (Specifically Disease)

I had a few questions regarding Weapon Enchantments, specifically disease/poison.

1) Do weapon enchants proc on only basic light and heavy attacks, or on abilities as well. Hypothetically, if I have a disease enchant on bow, will it proc off of Lethal Arrow?

2) It is my understanding that a disease weapon enchant has a 4 second cool down. Is this correct?

3) Assuming you have been out of combat for awhile and the enchant is not on cool down, does it have a 100% proc chance for the first hit when you enter combat?

4) It is also my understanding that a disease enchant can proc a Minor Defile Health debuff. Does anyone know what the % is on it? (i.e 10%, 15%, 20% reduced healing?)

5) What is the % chance of getting the Minor Defile when you proc the enchant. 100% if it is not on cool down? Or is it less? Is it also a 4 second duration?

6) Would it be possible to proc both Major and Minor Defile off a Lethal Arrow, and have them stack?

7) Assuming the answer to #6 is yes and Minor Defile is 15% reduced healing. Also assuming I have 8CP invested in “Befoul” which increases health reduction abilities by 5.3%. If I open combat with Lethal Arrow proccing Major and Minor Defile. Would it stack additively with the CP in befoul? 15%(Minor Defile) +5.3% (Befoul CP) + 30% (Major Defile) + 5.3% (Befoul CP)= 55.6% reduced healing

    1. Weapon enchants will proc with light and heavy attacks, as well as weapon skills. They will not, however, proc from class skills.

    2. As far as I know, all weapon enchants (unless otherwise specified) have a cooldown of around 4 seconds.

    3. Yes, that does seem to be the case.

    4. From what I could find, Major Defile is 40% and Minor Defile is 15%.

    5. Much less than 100%, no idea on duration.

    6. Yes.

    7. They should both be modified separately by the Befoul Champion passive, but not sure how you'd test to be sure.
