Well for one thing I don't think content that is made to be so extremly difficult not even a group that knows there class can beat it without instant dying all the time, basically thats what I read about this dunguen it was so bad they had to nerf it and they said they would rebuff it, back to the way it was once it goes live.
Basically it is said to be the hardest vet dungeon in the game. One that would be impossibly hard to beat.
I am wondering ifs its even possible and if not if they could put some other way to add the reward in for the skin. I would rather have it as rare as souls shriven skin, then locked through content those like me could not even dream of completing.

If we did not have [snip] 1002930913 disconnects in the trials we would prolly already have completed it....
we managed to get to the last boss with a total count of over 100 disconnects throughout the trial,..then we gave up bc people kept crashing.

And it is doable, not people have to at least work for smth and it is not [snip] [handed to them]

Basically, what I want to see is them making challenging content yes, but also make boss fights some what harder for first faction, make Molag Bal harder to beat as he very much should be. While having challenging content like the Maw but not as difficult as they possibly made it. Of course you have to work for it its not going to be a cake walk, but at least gives everyone a chance to do and give players the means to earn rewards like skins the content. We don't need full on elite for elite skilled players only in whats supposed to be a vet ranked zone. They need to add a third difficulty the elite option for those players that are into that.

I am not sure how it is in the Maw, but basically pts results before they nerfed just for testing basically no one was able to beat past the second boss or something like that. Of course they need hard too beat bosses but the ability to be able to take them down. Yeah when I posted what I did above I was not thinking at the time. So ignore that, I was not clear but yes content, needs some overhaul later on. Basically, I do agree that it is easy, with champ points and they need to address this.

MoL is fine. Let us have something to play. Not every content is designed for every single player.

But a skin is just cosmetic.

I think cosmetic stuff is the best kind of reward. It doesn't affect combat so it is not needed for any build, it doesn't get obsolete (unlike gear) and it shows everybody that you completed that content.

My guild is planning to do MoL on normal on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Vet on Saturday nights. We beat normal on first attempt (although it took like 3 hours with all the bleepin' disconnects). I am sure it will take weeks or maybe months to get past Veteran MoL, just like it took my guild a long time to get past Sanctum back in the day. Maybe it is different this time and VMoL really will require a dream team of the best of the best to clear. But if it is like VDSA or Sanctum or VICP or VWGT, it can be completed by mere mortals, it will just take us more time and effort and practice than elite players.

Must be a console player! It's difficult content, good all dungeon content in this game is easy. I hear ppl qqing about ICP even after the nerfs and they are generally salty they can't compete it. Finally got a no death run and had some jack wagon tell the pals and myself that we couldn't run it because he KNOWS the best console players and they couldn't do it.
TLDR harder content is welcome and if you can't beat it L2P and work on your build and cohesiveness with your group. Knowing play styles makes everything better and easier

Posts like this is the reason that there needs to be another difficulty for dungeons. Instead of right now, it's normal to insane. Normal doesn't prep people for the extremely difficult Veteran modes. ZOS should have done something like the below.

Normal should be exactly that, normal.

Veteran should be 3-5 times harder than normal

Elite should be 10-20 times harder than normal and pretty much a kiss yo a$$ goodbye run....
