Are they daily or weekly?

I did a random run yesterday and I got a nice blue chest in mail and 133k xp if I'm not mistaken. Today however the rewards haven't reset. Green box appears and lower xp reward for the run. So....how long till they reset?

I had the same problem. Went to another ALT who hadn't run a dungeon yesterday and they were still being offered "blue" reward.

I can confirm this. My alt also is eligible for a "blue box" reward. My main appears to be stuck with green.

I just did a fresh new random dungeon run for the day. I got a mail with green rewards. So it seems this is a bug and rewards do reset account-wide but not for the specific character who has already done one random dungeon from the previous day.

At least you've got something. I ran one yesterday in VCoH and didn't receive a s**t (stars added on purpose).

ESO loves to steal my stuff, like a ticket'ed bug in which I lost a few IC trophies that was never solved.

Make sure you search for the random dungeon alone.
If you are in a group of two or more before searching for the dungeon, you will apparently not receive any rewards despite the dungeon tracker saying 'Completed'.

So you're saying that if you queue for a random veteran/normal dungeon as a group you're not getting the rewards listed ? Hm..

ZOS has confirmed that the bug preventing you from getting rewards applies when you've got a pre-formed group, but it definitely doesn't always happen when you have a pre-formed group. On Monday evening I ran 2 random dungeons with a fully formed group of guildies manually invited by me, and both times we all got our rewards.

But if you want to make sure you get your random dungeon rewards, the safe thing to do for now is queue by yourself without being grouped with anyone.

As fas as the daily reset is concerned, It's based on the actual time completed and it's not linked to the daily reset of the server. So if you do a random dungeon let's say today at 20:00 the next time this daily will reset back to start is on the next day at 20:00 ( For that character alone, my alts had already the reset. Yes, it's kinda weird).
