1st bar, flame staff w/ poison rune.
2nd bar, Dual Weld w/ 1st sword poison, 2nd axe disease rune.

when u use dual wield with enchantments disease it works...? it hit with desiese dmg??? cuz u are not hitting with dual wield ability!!!

All you have to do is hit once or twice normally to get poison and/or disease to take effect. You can easily weave that attack in with the sorc or DW magic attacks. You mainly use DW so you can equip an extra weapon to bump up a set bonus one level when needed. Also many people play a stam sorc, so DW on one bar is essential for that to work.

solo pet build: lightning/1h+s
grp winterborn: frost/resto
(solo classic build: lightning/resto
small grp: lightning/resto
large grp: fire/dw) haven't really played those two and I hope I don't have to go back to that, i really want to make pets work for solo and small scale and go with winterborn if blobs should still be a thing

Why the Axe? The extra slot set piece is nice, but I think the real reason to run DW is becasue of the spell damage. I cant imagine the bleed does anything if you are spec'ed to magic. Your Spell damage will be higher with 2 swords from my understanding.

To answer other questions in the thread, you need to actually attack with your weapons to proc the enchants. Most people I know running dual wield for magic dont even bother with enchants, but I think you can proc them once in a while in PvP if you try. In PvE its a DPS loss.
