I think this game will eventually be console only. There's so many other MMOs out there for a pc player to pick from,and from the sounds of it a lot of you pc players just are not happy with the way ESO is heading. I play on the ps 4 and there really isn't to many fantasy MMO rpg to choose from. Matter of fact there's really only one atm and that's ffxiv and Neverwinter on Xbox. There is other type of multi player games, but nothing like these. ESO to me just feels like it was designed for the console from day one. I mean look at how many add-ons you pc players have added to make it feel more like a MMO. I use to game on the pc and I can tell ESO on console is missing A LOT of MMO features. But I play it on the ps 4 and it feels just right for the console.
So I see this game going more console and less pc as we move forward. Of course this is just my opinion.

✭No. I think there is a huge pc population. Mmo computer gaming is a massive market and if i had to guess probably larger than console platforms put together. Theres a reason it came first. Check out previous polls on what platform players use.
As a personal opinion i have to disagree that the game feels like it should have been made for console. I find the console ui clunky and the lack of addon support crippling. There would have to be major leaps in console ui and features to get me to play eso on console.1 -

I have a thin client hooked to an HDMI port on my TV in the living room.
Main rig crunches numbers in my game room and Steam then streams it to my thin client.
IDC how many do it, but we can, and I do.

OK, I'm a PC player, but honestly ESO is the first MMO that I've played. However since then, I've played a lot of other MMO's and there are none that offer the combination of interesting quests, relatively quick progression and most importantly LACK OF GRIEFERS that ESO offers. Moreover, it is hands down the best looking MMO on the market. No other MMO that I've yet to see has the level of detail and quality of world graphics that ESO has.
That's just my opinion.

Yep, I can play on my couch or at my desk. PC is so much better than console. Keep telling yourself consoles are better, you are just in a denial phase.
