I abandoned "The Skin-Stealer's Lair" after taking the wrong dialogue choice and now I can't seem to get the quest back... scoured the entire area around Stormhold and Ten-Maur-Wolk but there's no quest givers.
Am I looking in the wrong place or did I screw my character up?
