Put a timer on the treasure troves

Camping troves really devalues what is inside and already they are being camped. Camping items of course makes it less fun for the next player who comes along because there will be no trove to see.
Can a timer be put on these things that is longer than one minute? Maybe 15 minutes so that it isn't so attractive to sit in one spot for an hour and pull out tons of special weapons and armor?
