Cloak not suppressing DOTs

I switched back to Shadowy Disguise from Dark Cloak a while ago in preparation for the DOT suppression changes for Cloak and it's morphs. I haven't had time to test extensively since Thieves Guild landed but Shadowy Disguise doesn't appear to suppress DOTs and is breaking (at least with scorpion venom which Dark Cloak used to cancel).
DOT suppression is listed in the patch notes, but not reflected in the Shadowy Disguise tooltip.
Anyone else seeing this?

8 pct damage reduction for 5 secs after invis expires, but nothing about dot.

It has always broken when a dot is applied to you..

✭✭Just tested it with a magicka dk who used burning embers. Burning embers dot alone doesn't break shadowy disgusie (the crit morph) tough there can be other skills/dots that break it.
Seems like it makes you take 0 dmg from the dot and doesn't break the cloak, but once it's over dot ticks, or if they use magelight/break your cloak with a aoe or something.

However, actualy skills like Poison Injection are breaking invisibility, while on test server everything was workin properly. Both of vanishing versions are supposed to reduce DoTs dmg to 0 while hidden. Only differnce betwen is in second bonus Crit or Armor buff1 -

This - but if dots are breaking cloak once again then cloak is effectively useless as the dots themselves prevent it from pausing the dot damage by breaking the cloak which is supposed to pause the dots - that sentence makes my head hurt.
Ah well cloak has had it's few months of almost working as described - only to go back to it's non-functional state. We coped for the first 18 months without it I'm sure we will again...1 -

Maybe it's because I don't usually play MMOs but I've NEVER seen a game such as this, which is strictly tied to a developer-customer relationship, so poorly developed.
Really, how long does it actually take to discover a bug like this, especially if we take in account that the nightblade nerf has been the fotm argument in this forum these days?
Usually, I'm not the type of person who enjoys being rude this way, but this is starting to be absurd.
I apologize for the content of this post but again, this is not tolerable, sometimes I imagine some other MMO developer peaking their nose in this forum to just laugh their a** the f* off by seeing how messed up this game is.2 -

If it does something properly on pts but is broken once implemented on live, usually means a piece of code wasn't copied over.

GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭Well, my first experience of the new Cloak (Shadowy Disguise) was poison which broke it; perhaps other DOTS are supressed. Does poison also break Dark Cloak (if it doesn't I may need to go back to that).
So another update and another broken cloak. You should have a look at some other forums. I honestly don't think that this is the whiniest one I've seen. Everybody seems to think that they are playing the only game with issues and stamp their feet and cry.
This is (I think) one of the few forums with moderators that allow free discussions, even when we bash the company that provides this forum for us.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Both morphs are broken, theres a multitude of dots it wont work against, it works vs some dots , but not all, ive reported this alot. Also if you for instance have poison injection on a target (not yourself) and maybe you also applied the poisoned status effect on them, it will break your own cloak.
@ZOS_GinaBruno ive reported this ingame and on forums on many occasions, i have yet to see zos ackowledge this bug about cloak.
