PC Guys, does it show XP gained whenever you kill a mob now that TG is out?

I was watching PTS Thieves Guild gameplay when it first opened up and I noticed that on all videos (different people, different UI setups), whenever they killed a mob, on the bottom of the screen was a yellow-ish icon that had a number next to it. I assume that is the XP of the mob that was recently slain. I don't think that's a part of an add-on, but SCT itself.
