Can somebody just enlighten me, or point me in the right direction to find out where this all came from?! It's really bugging me.

Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

Ultimately, any method of entering an enemy keep without breaking down the door is considered an exploit. Thanks for checking!

Nah truely templars arent that bad off. Now they do have some issues. No doubt about it. And the design decisions we are seeing dont seem to be interested in fixing those issues.
But also in this patch we had our best heal nerfed, because it was to good. And then another class got a cheaper better version of that skill from before the nerf.
With things like that going on it isnt hard to imagine why templars show the rage.1 -

Her face is literally gone.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.3 -
Ommamar✭✭✭✭I have seen this on NPC while talking to me in quests so don't think it is armor/class/race specific. I hope it is fixed soon kind of unnerving.0

I imagined it was related to the Ancient Orc style, since her robes were also looking funny and the other armor didn't have that issue, but then my game crashed and when I logged back in she was normal again.
