64 bit client making a lot of crashes

its seems to me that I am spending all my time on character select screen and not playing. I can log in once every 20 tries but I crash within 10 mins and then I cant log in to characters for a long time. it just goes to load screen then boots me to login with an error message saying an error has occurred. no error number or anything just like the old "unknown error" from beta although its not an unknown error its just an error. I guess that's how zos fixes stuff they don't change anything about the error just change the name and its all fixed , no more unknown error

bubbajones✭✭✭I was able to login on my char with the 32 bit client but cannot log in with 64 bit client which is weird because I logged in earlier on 64 bit but it wont let me on any char now but 32 will let me0

even the 32 bit client seems to be crashing more often for me now
performance in cyro is the same maybe a bit better
I deleted usersettings.txt and was able to log in for one sec then I got a loading screen and booted back to login this is on 64 client
