How to update DxDiag???

okay so i know ESO now only supports DxDiag 11 and up. i currently have DxDiag 10. i'm also currently running windows 10 home edition. my specs are listed here: http://prntscr.com/achzlw
i have a GTX 960, which i checked, and it supports DxDiag 12. so how do i update my DxDiag to 12? i've been looking everywhere but can't find a download link. any help anyone??

    Windows 10 comes with DirectX 12 preinstalled and your GPU supports DirectX 12 as well. DxDiag is just a diagnosing tool and doesn't have any influence on your ability to play. Your PC should be completely fine running ESO without you having to do anything.

    my DxDiag says i have version 10 installed and not version 12.

    Make sure your GPU is updated with the latest driver, and Win10 as fully updated as well. Those are the two sources that can update DX-related elements. If after that it still says DX10 is installed, but you seem to run ESO, then I guess your DXDiag tool much be bugged for some reason. That'll go in line with different troubleshooting.

    Are you referring to the line in the screenshot reading "Version: 10.18.13.6200"?
    That is nVidias internal driver version number which has nothing to do with the version of DirectX.
