I didn't leave my eso launcher on all day. I'm finally back from classes and now I have to download the entire file..

    I did leave my launcher on all day when I was at work. Got home to find it at 8% and downloading at 40KB/s.

    Crap, I feel dumb. All this time, I didn't know the launcher could automatically download the patch. Time to wait lol.

    I was gonna download the patch at work once maintenance was over (I use my personal laptop at work), but then I developed a random allergic reaction to a painkiller and went home for the rest of the day and my laptop is still at work. :confounded:

    Ah well, one day won't kill me.

    It use to take me 3 hours at the most to download big patches, iv been downloading since it came up and im only at 16%, but that's just because I have really bad internet. lol

    My condolences. That is very bad internet.

    I downloaded this patch in about 35 mins. Which for my (not bad) internet is unusually speedy.

    It depended as well on the language - I think german took nearly 50% longer for example.

    it doesn't make any difference. i left mine downloading before i leave home, and now that i return, expecting to play the game, the download is complete but the server is down... so, you didn't miss anything ;)

    I feel this. Have to start downloading in a half hour once i get home. Maintenance was still going when i left this am for work ;(

    I think of it as.... Hopefully the download will be faster with less demand at this time :)
