These problems are related to how the internet works. Until they update the internet then this kind of thing will always occur. They could drop 10 mil on new servers and still would have these issues. When 1000s and 1000s of people all slam a server at once it will slow or halt the routers directing the traffic. So like I said above this will happen everytime something new comes out. Its not going to change until they fundamentally change the way the internet works.
