Exciting. Yet at the same time I'd be more inclined to buy more crowns if our ESO plus crowns were delivered without dispute each month. Just makes some of us bitter and apprehensive about buying more crowns.

I bought some of these crowns right when the store was back online and I saw the reduced prices. I thought it was a mistake at first but I'm glad it wasn't! Thanks ZOS

@joker0137 Word on the street is the sale will last all week. (No official ending date so I don't know if they meant until Friday - next Monday at 10am, or what.)

It's not the first time they've been on sale, and I'm sure it won't be the last. I doubt it's a coincidence that they went on sale with the release of Thieves Guild - I expect the intent is to get a whole bunch of players who aren't sitting on a whole bunch of crowns excited enough to buy some crown packs at a discount, spend the crowns on the DLC and other new stuff in the crown store (camel mount anyone?) and in the end have those players spend more real money than they would have if the crown packs didn't go on sale.

It's good sense from a marketing standpoint.

I wish they would start doing discounts on the DLC itself....

I have 9000+ crowns sitting there for 6+months now with nothing to spend them on that im interested in....

Bring some discounts to the actual store....not just the crowns...

The discount on crowns *is* their way of doing discounts. They aren't going to mark anything down on the store itself.

3000 pack usually is 21 Euros, don't know the axact other prices but that will probably give you an idea.

I usually just get my crowns trough getting eso + but the more you buy the cheaper it gets per crown theoreticly so pick a choice one how much you need and leave it at that.

You're not crazy! Crown Packs are on sale through this week, until March 14th at 10am EDT (daylight savings FTW) on the ESO store.

I agree, the first time I noticed was just buying Crowns. It must have been known a few days ago at least so a bit of warning would have been nice!

Not enough being smashed by exchange rates of my s*it country, I have to buy crowns very anticipatedly to not stay behind due the bank processing time and after releasing the DLC a sweet discount is released.

This game is definitely made for those with credit cards and almost instantly approved transactions...

With the money spent with 3000 crowns I could get 5500

I just signed up for a month of plus. Get 1500 crowns right away I had 700 left from when I bought orsinium. So once the plus time runs out I can buy it with the crowns I got for subscribing a month.
