i think tharn fled with the amulet of kings and took his daughter with him. That explains why an imposter took Clivia Tharn's place. So their both hiding somewhere. Are we ever going to get a sequel to the main story? To get the imperial city back to its former glory?

I'm pretty sure Clivia Tharn is dead, since Molag Kena says something about never being able to find her again. I think she says it during the start of the boss fight.

Molag Kena impersonated Clivia in the White-Gold tower story. (And had been for a while)
