Need help with Dragonknight Vampire PVP build

I am in need of help in making a good pvp build on my DK Vampire. I do have a set goal on how I would want it. I want to be able to use my bat swarm ultimate as much as possible meaning I do plan to get the items in Cyrodil that reduce the cost of your ultimate. I am also going to use the Whitestrike Retribution set for survivibility. Now I just need help on what abilities/stats to use to make me rapidly gain my ultimate, aswell damage/survivibility. Please post on the thread what abilities to use, what kind of armor, (Heavy, Medium, or Light) and more to help me out! Thank you!

✭✭✭✭✭Are you going stamina or magicka? I would assume magicka if your going to be a vamp.
I'd use 2x bloodspawn, ult gain as well as armour. Very nice set.
White strikes is useless the dmg shield gets halved. There are far better sets.
If your going stamina use hundings.
If your going magicka use kagrenac's or juliannos.
