Can I use the DLC from my primary account with a secondary one?

I have been using a different account to buy my games recently, due to country change. It is ridiculous that you can't change your region on PSN, yet that is not the point. I bought the game with the primary account (Canadian) and the PS plus, and I use both with my secondary one (Brazilian). Now when I was going to buy the DLCs I realized that you already have it, yet you just need to buy the permission to play, which falls under collectibles.

If I buy the DLC with my primary account will I be able to use it with my secondary one?

If that doesn't work, I have another idea. Can I link my elder scrolls account to my Canadian account, buy the DLC, then re-link to my Brazilian one? Will it work?

I have read in the forums something about asking customer support for help with the PSN and porting accounts.I cannot remember though. You might want to just go ahead and ask Support.

It should be possible for you to change your PSN account links and still have access to the DLC, as DLC is attached to your ESO account rather than your PSN account.
