Well instant single target nukes work just fine with it, and if the fix actually works even on shields after the update. But you can forget "DoTs" and AoE.

It has a 1 seconds cooldown, then a 0.1 seconds cooldown. It doesn't work on aoes, then does...
Has it had a cooldown introduced and do non dot aoes still heal me?

Fixed an issue that was preventing you from mounting while standing near an unlooted corpse.
Abilities that heal based on their damage done (Strife, Puncturing Sweeps, Surge, etc.) will now properly calculate their heal values when the damage is fully or partially absorbed.
Latest update. Not a direct change to surge but it now will properly heal when it hit a damage shield in pvp. So yes there is a change that is going live.

Ehm, on 1.6 PTS it was changed so that a hit that *would* crit would still heal. At some point that was bugged and now should be repaired. And yeah I forgot that "change", my bad.

they really need to simplify things sometimes...
On 1.6 PTS it originally had a 1 second cooldown, but it has been reduced down to 0.1 seconds by now.
