22 and 23 for Xbox and PS4 respectfully I think.
It will be much easier to gain allaiance war skills after the patch. I recommend getting any pvp skills you want quickly because I think there will be some adjustment after they look at the data.0 -

The only adjustments they'll make is realizing the 1 meter radius increase to pooping sweeps was excessive and then revert it.0 -
