I will try to keep this simple and as short as I can. Below is 100% from pts playing solo in craglorn.

Imperial stamina templar
Skills
Biting jabs, brawler, executioner, vigor, rally

Brenton magicka nightblade
Skills
Impale, refreshing path, swallow soul, siphoning attacks, sap essence.

I really prefer nightblade more as far as playstyle goes. But with my nightblade I was dying much more frequently, and was having a huge resource issue.

Is this normal? Any ideas why I was performing much better overall with my stamplar? What can I do to preform better with my nightblade?

I was using the overall best gear I could with each class. I want to roll a nightblade but was hoping for some tips to make it possibly better then my templar.

I We need more information regarding the NB build..

What was on your second bar?
What are your stats,
What is the gear you were wearing as you may have been wearing gold Hundings rage but for a magicka build that is bad,
What weapons are you using

NB setup i use is as follows:
I am a Dark Elf,
Bar 1(Destro staff)
Funnel health,
Cripple,
Merciless resolve,
Impale,
MageLight,
U - Soul assault/Meteor

Bar 2(Dual wield Swords)
Sap Essence,
Refreshing path,
Reapers Mark,
siphoning attacks,
Magelight,
U - Veil of Blades

I run 5 Julianos,
3/4 Magnus,
Willpower jewelry(all Robust) still need to get arcane
All enchants on armour are Max Magicka,
All enchants on Jewelry are Spell Dmg...

I have around 30K magicka,
1800 Regen on magicka
Spell crit is around 50%,
My spell power is at 2800 unbuffed..

I have no issues with sustain or even dying..
Refreshing path heals for around 2.5k a tick and funnel health for around 3.5k..
