Hello, I've recently learned about something called Sweet FX, in short its purpose is to make games look more beautiful and realistic by adding different shaders, extra contrast and brightness options and different stuff like that. All this for a very minimal FPS cost.

Anyway, if you read the link you'll discover that unfortunately SweetFX only currently works on 32-bit games, 64-bit is supposedly coming soon. Soon just isn't soon enough though.
I'm assuming that by running 64-bit windows that makes all my games 64-bit too in order to be compatible. It does mention that sometimes there is a choice though. My question is: Can I change what I assume is 64-bit TESO to 32-bit? How do I even check for definite what version my games are?
Thank you and apologies for what I guess for many are simple easy answers.
