    The fact that a Concealed Weapon, even a noncrit one, did less damage than both gap closers, even when they crit. That just shouldn't happen...

    thats not even an accurate description of mark target. the "double edged sword" effect, was changed months ago. so long ago that I cannot even remember what update it was changed in
