depending on your payment method , it could be possible that your not suppose to get monthly crowns. all crowns are given at the time of payment. you get 1500 crowns per 30 days so if you subscribed for 90days, you shouldlve got 4500 crowns the day of payment. hope this helps. if you were paying every 30 days you should go to the support page and submit a ticket. hope you get the help you need if you have to go this route.

ESO plus does give you access to all dlc but it doesn't discount owning the dlc. You shouldn't buy dlc if you're ESO plus subscriber unless you intend to cxl as others have stated.

As far as crowns....if you're on Xbox one. Open a ticket and include a photo of your bank or credit card charge and the Microsoft billing showing it was paid for each moth you didn't get crowns for.

Be prepared to argue back n forth with support.

Yeah you generally have to chase them for your crowns now and open a support ticket every month. I managed to get January's crowns delivered yesterday but they are blaming Xbox live for February's.

Customer service at its best as always.
