I Am Trying Out A Dragon Knight. But Unsure If Build Will Be Good. Any Advice Is Grateful Thanks

I created a Dragon Knight Yesterday. She is level 6 now. I want to be mostly all Stamina. But so many abailty's are in magicka. What morths are stamina based? I am new at Dragon Knight. Many thanks. Details below.
1. I have 297 champion points. (Which points should I conentrate more or on eveyone?
2. She is a wood elf
3. She will use a bow for main hand
4. I unsure if I be Sword n Board or dual wield on second weapon?
5. Should I be all medium for stamina or all heavy for more duarability? (Who plays this style? Anyone does play this style. Any tips?)
6. Hundings rage or black rose set?
7. Agility on all rings and necklace?
8. I will plan on using vigor and caltrops. When I can unlock them.
9. I am usually solo in PVP
10. I sometimes go in groups in PVP
11. I will always play just PVP
12. I interested in Dueling
13. I am sure I forgot somethings though. Again any tips are welcome and I am excited for response. Many Thanks in advance
14. What traits should I research and use? (For the armor, weapons)
15. Should I concentrat on max stamina enchament or stamina regain? Some health?
16. What potions be best to use?

Only thing I'll add is I really like invis + speed pots. Gives you the escapability that DKs lack.0 -

Only until Eric Wrobel changes Stam Dk to Poisendmg (our 2 dots). So Dunmer will be ok, but not perfect for future Stam builds that use dk dots.0
