Orsinium dlc

I'm planning on buying the Orsinum dlc next week, but I do have a question
My current character is a high elf, can I do the Orsinium quests with my current character or do I need to make a new one, an Orc for example.

Do it on any character at any level you want as it scales.

You dont need a new char, your good to go with your current chars.

It's open to everyone from lvl 3. You will get an invite to Orsinium from the wayshrine of city you woke up in at the start of the game. The zone also scales to the level of your character.

You are free to go to Orsinuim whenever you like as wherever character you desire!
