[PvE] 100 Elemental Expert, 67 Elfborn Ideal on a Sorc?

It's been that way for awhile now, but I read a post earlier that is 100 Elemental Expert, and ~5 in Spell Erosion, and the rest in Elfborn

✭On Live, 100 in Elemental Expert, 66 in Elfborn and 1 in Spell Erosion is most likely optimal for PvE situations. The 1 in Spell Erosion is not due to any bugs with Spell Erosion it's just that 66 and 67 points in Elfborn behave identically.
