Swapping bars on console has gotten worse, anyone else notice this?

So lately while fighting swapping bars has become somewhat of a nightmare. I'm hearing more and more people complaining about it too. Swapping to my back bar to heal and just end up hitting an ability on my front bar draining resources that I didn't want to use. Just wondering how big a problem this is.

✭✭✭✭✭Its really no different and I started on PC and moved to console at launch.
Is there a problem specific to your console or controller or a specific class or skill that is happening when you try to swap as there will be delays depending upon what was cast and what is next to cast. You can't swap during a pending action which is what I notice causes delays. If I'm just moving around, there is no delay.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

Hazethemadman✭✭✭Just throwing it out there. The XB1 controllers are NOTORIOUS for having screwy d-pads. They might not activate sometimes or activate 2 or 3 times with a single click other times.
