The best thing about the bank and merchant assistants is that anyone in your group can use them. No idea on cost as they are only 1 gold on the PTS. You have to finish the TG line to get the fence and only you can use him.Edited by RDMyers65b14_ESO on February 26, 2016 3:40PM0
