Suggestion - Notification of kills in pvp

I'd like to see some on-screen notification of kills in pvp, as sometimes its not clear if you got the kill, someone else got it, or if the enemy is dead at all. You only get any notification if you're avenging a team mate, I think it would be useful to get something on screen for all kills. What do others think?

I think that is a good idea, especially when a bow is used on greater distance, it is often not clear, if I made the kill or not.

I never understood why it notifies you if you avenged someone, but doesn't notify the person you avenged?

Like, why would I care if I avenged some random person? Surely they should be notified that I avenged them so they can thank me or something? Weird...

On pc we have addons for this (e.g. Kill Counter), but yeah, if I played on console, then I'd like to see it implemented as optional part of the base game ui.

Why should we use/install tons of add-ons while ZOS can add all these to the game. Also We all know that add-ons kill the fps as well.

No, less information, less whining about classes, if players notice one class gets all kills, the whine is on.

I think it'd be fun if every Raid (Guild Leader) left a trace on the map, like an arrow, so rest of the alliance know what the plan is, little strategy-twist.

Only if it isnt a pop up in the middle of your screen while you are continuing to fight.For every kill.

Dont you get alliance points from kills? I see them pop up on the lower right corner of my screen when in a battle and an opponent dies.

When you're grouped you get alliance points all the time for all sorts of things though. I agree with Volkadav that it shouldn't be too intrusive like the avenge text is though, but just something in the corner or a sound effect (toggle-able so everyone is happy) would be great just so you know when you got the kill.

So everyone who gets it can notify the person they avenged and mess up your voice comms with the useless information.

Not a bitter raid leader or anything... nope.

On topic, there are some add-ons which do this but yes, it would be a nice feature. Have the option for a combat info tab on your chat for showing kills etc.

You can check to see who you have killed and who killed you in the Ps4 menu, I get that its a pain in the ass to do, but its already there.

We need to get some smarty pants developer to overlay that info onto ESO.

If they added it, I'm sure it would affect our FPS too.

They don't have a magic wand that gives certain things a free ride on the network/serve/client.
