✭✭1. Small radius AOE stun for Ball of Lighting, AOE stun line for Streak (stun != root).
2. You get CC-immuntiy after being stunned, just like other CC skills.
3. You can block to avoid getting stunned.
4. Magicka cost for multiple Bolt Espaces is very high, most expensive skill in the game when spammed.
