Hhm, i can see that point. Too bad's it doing more harm than good. I for example (and i think im not the only one) like ic at Haderus where's not big groups. I can have good 1v1 or 1v2 fights, instead of 1v15 fights on the more populated servers.
Hopefully they'd add the district control. IC wuold be way more PvP with that, than it would ever have been.
Because it has been completely destroyed and taken over by the Daedra. The transit shrine network doesn't work any more.
It's fine. I've been attacked once going there.
As long as it's unlocked for your faction & your faction control the closest keep to the entrance for you it literally take 2minutes or perhaps one minute to ride to the sewer entrance.
I don't know how you guys struggle getting there ?
I do agree with the direct port though OP. When I first read the ESO plus things about the IC I actually thought I could port there directly. Sadly this is just for the 2 dungeons.
